Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Picoq's ordering and delivery service. By placing an order with Picoq via WhatsApp, you agree to these terms.
The Service
Picoq is a WhatsApp-based ordering and delivery platform operating in Gowribidanur, Karnataka, India. We deliver fresh cold beverages to customers within our delivery zone in under 20 minutes.
Ordering
- Orders are placed by messaging our WhatsApp number in natural language
- Our AI assistant will confirm your order, items, and total before you pay
- An order is confirmed only after payment (UPI) or acceptance of Cash on Delivery
- You must share a valid WhatsApp live location pin for delivery confirmation
- Minimum order amount and delivery fees apply as displayed during the ordering conversation
Delivery Zone
We currently deliver within 6km of Gowribidanur town centre. If your location is outside our delivery zone, your order cannot be fulfilled and you will be notified immediately. We are expanding our delivery zone — check back for updates.
Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
- A delivery fee may be added to your order total as displayed during checkout
- Promo codes are applied at checkout and subject to availability and terms
- Prices may change without notice — the price confirmed in your WhatsApp conversation is the price you pay
Payment
- UPI: A secure payment link is sent via WhatsApp. Payment must be completed before dispatch.
- Cash on Delivery: Payment is made to the delivery person upon receipt of your order.
- We do not store any payment credentials or card details.
Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by messaging us immediately
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled
- If your order is incorrect or damaged on delivery, contact us immediately on WhatsApp — we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion
- Refunds for UPI payments are processed within 5-7 business days
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Place fraudulent or fake orders
- Harass or abuse our staff or delivery partners
- Use our WhatsApp number for any purpose other than placing orders
- Repeatedly place and cancel orders
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.
Limitation of Liability
Picoq's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (weather, traffic, network outages). Our AI ordering assistant may occasionally make errors — all orders are confirmed by a human before dispatch.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
